The Secure Future Project is a New York State 501-c-3 which seeks to impact systemic health care provision by investing in data driven turn-key programs that positively impact people’s lives and have the potential to be significantly and sustainably scaled.

The Staten Island Performing Provider System

SIPPS

Founded under the 2014 NYS Medicaid Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program, SI PPS is an alliance of clinical and social providers focused on improving the care and overall health for Staten Island’s Medicaid and uninsured populations. In September 2021, the SI PPS received the highest incentive payment at the conclusion of the State DSRIP program, positioning it as one of the top performing PPS programs in NYS. Northwell Health has officially partnered with SI PPS to ensure the continuation of its work, and now stands as its corporate parent and sole LLC member.

CSI

One of the leading Senior Colleges in the City University of New York System, CSI is launching a groundbreaking Certified Peer Recovery Advocate (CRPA) program to train those with treatment program lived experience to work alongside clinical professionals to engage individuals suffering from SUD. The Hot-Spotting the Overdose Crisis program will fully fund the training and placement of CRPAs with Staten Island treatment providers
